Muse Made Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by mailing courier, you may email us for reshipment process but ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Yes we offer free shipping on orders over $100, tune in to our emails as we offer occasional incentives for our family only.

Our processing time takes 3-7 business days before shipment

Q. How do I track my package?
Tracking information will be mailed to you once order ships.

Q. My order was stolen, I never received my order
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once shipment leaves our warehouse and is in transit, confirmed by mail courier we are no longer responsible. Please contact your local carrier and or post office for further information.

Q. My order arrived damaged…
In the event that your order is damaged we will replace, if contacted within 24 hours of receipt and approved. Please send a clear picture of damages and a short explanation via our customer support email.
